game is as significant if not more significant than the physical
game. We are all aware of Lance Armstrong. His determination, consistency,
emotional power and achieving his goal maintained his “mental
focus.” Ultimately, he accomplished what he set out to do!

been done on what enables an athlete, a top executive, a performer
etc. to become the best in their field. Personal Coaching/Performance
Enhancement Training has become a valuable tool to help us accomplish
the goals we set forth.
Motivational coaching
allows you to work on life goals or fulfill an ambition. You may
want to work on specific projects that have a fixed ending. Maybe
you’re in a midlife crisis and want to evaluate where you
have been, what your goals are now and how to go about accomplishing
new ones. Possibly, you have the energy, but lack the focus to maintain
