As your individual therapist, I pride myself on helping you discover what creates your power within. How do you let things go? Why do you hold them? What stops you from taking charge in your life.

It would be my hope that as your therapist, you would feel strength within yourself to become the best you can be! Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, overwhelmed by stress, or a general sense that you’re not happy, individual therapy can provide a sense of direction and resolve the feelings you are currently experiencing.
