As
an individual, partner or family, it is important to evaluate where
you are in your life. As an individual, life is worth living when
we set goals and accomplish them. As a partner, life is worth living
when we feel connected and in sync with our significant other. As
a parent, life is worth living when we understand the importance
of our role modeling behavior and how this impacts the development
of our children. As a family, life is worth living when compassion,
sharing responsibilities and having fun is of primary importance.
To obtain something different in our lives we have to do something
different. We can begin by asking our selves one simple question.
Am I truly satisfied with my physical being, my emotional being
and my spiritual being? If you answered "yes", to all
the above then we are strongly on our way to an enriching life.
If you answered “no”, then what are you willing to do
about it?
